Playdate with Gabe

Yesterday, Gigi, Aunt Amanda and one-year-old Gabriel came over for lunch. Gabriel and Sofia explored each other's faces and heads like babies enjoy doing. And Lucas ran around with his cars as usual and hammed it up to all the visitors.

Chris grilled some chicken and we had roasted potatoes and bean & corn salad (which came back later to haunt me with my nursing baby's upset tummy.) But the highlights of the meal, of course, were Gigi's cupcakes with Breyer's Neapolitan ice cream.

Today is Gigi's birthday and she requested a picture with all three of her grandchildren. Happy Birthday Gigi!
